Attaching Documents to an Area Type

Documents in the Files can be attached to an area type using a shortcut that allows users to access the document in the Files.

To attach documents to an area type:

1. From the Area Types List page, click the Edit button in the row for the area type to which you want to attach a document. The Area Types Details page opens.
2.Click the Documents tab.
3.Click the Select from Files button. The Files opens.
4.Navigate to the document you want to attach and click the Create a Shortcut button in the row for the document you want to attach. The document short cut displays on the Documents tab.

To remove a document shortcut from an area type:

1. From the Area Types List page, click the Edit button in the row for the area type with the document you want to remove. The Area Types Details page opens.
2.Click the Documents tab.
3.Click the Delete a Shortcut icon. The document short cut is removed.
