Configuring Your Dashboard

When the user first logs into LATISTA they will see the default dashboard configuration.   Each user can configure what reports they would like to view on their dashboard.

 

1.To view the dashboard, click on the Reports icon on the menu bar and the dashboard will generate.  Each dashboard is composed by one or more tabs.  To navigate between tabs, click on the tab name.  Each tab is made up of one or more reports.  
2.To add a tab, click on Add a New Tab.

 a. Enter Tab Name in the Rename This Tab field.

 b. Define Tab Order using the Left / Right buttons next to Move this Tab.

 c. Define the dashboard layout using the Number of Columns setting.

Note: Free Form will place all new panels in the upper left hand corner of the tab and allow the user to size and move panels to arrange them in any pattern.   The other column settings will place a new panel in the next open position on the dashboard based on the column format selected.

 d. Click on Add Now under the Panel Name to add Panels to the dashboard.

Note:  If a report is not shown under the list of available panels then go to Standard Reports, click on the report to have it generate and then click on Add to Dashboard.

e. Click on Show Dashboard.

3.To change what is shown the dashboard, for a specific tab click on Change Dashboard.

 a. Enter Tab Name in the Rename This Tab field.

 b. Define Tab Order using the Left / Right buttons next to Move this Tab.

 c. Define the dashboard layout using the Number of Columns setting.

 d. Click on Add Now under the Panel Name to add Panels to the dashboard.

e. Click on Show Dashboard.

4.To remove a panel from a dashboard, when viewing the dashboard click on the X in the upper right hand corner of the panel.
