Creating a System Role

For each new System Role, two types of access can be defined:

Full or No Access – Select Yes to allow users assigned the System Role full access or select No to prevent users assigned the System Role from accessing the feature
Access Level – Select Full Access to allow users to update data, select Read Only to allow users to view data, or select No Access to prevent users from any access to the data

To create a System Role:

1.From the List of User Roles page, click the Add New Role button. The Access Rights for Role page opens.
2.Enter a label for the System Role in the Role name data field.
3.From the drop-down lists in each section, select the access permission for the System Role.
4.Click the Save Changes button. The System Role is added and users can be assigned to the System Role.
