Creating and Maintaining Projects

A project is used to organize the areas and items, inspections conducted, and issues identified throughout a construction project. The inspections and issues for a project are organized by Module (QA/QC, Safety, Punchlist, Cx and Production) so that the inspections align with the construction process.

Projects can be created by manually entering the project information in the application.

Creating a new project allows you to define specific information such as the project name, address, contact information, and company logo. Up to five custom data fields can be used to record information about the project not available in existing data fields. Specific users can be assigned to a project and a template for work orders can be associated with the project.
