Logging in to the Application

The LATISTA application is a web-based set of components in installed on a centralized Server version and multiple field devices, Windows Tablets or iPads, that allows field users to view and enter information that can be synchronized with information stored on the Server. The synchronization feature allows the data recorded in the field to be uploaded to the Server that stores the data for a project. Synchronization also downloads information from the Server to field devices so that the latest information is available to all users.

Field devices are designed to provide the features needed in the field to manage inspections and issues, plan and track work, and view data and reports.  Field devices do not require access to the Internet to complete work performed in the field such as conducting inspections and creating issues. However, Internet access is required to perform synchronization.
