Managing Application Custom Fields
Each Project and Company Profile can have up to five custom fields to record information about the overall project or company. The System administrator defines the application custom fields.
To define custom fields for the application:
|1.||From the Main Menu, click Setup and from the sub-menu, click Application. The Application Setup Directory page opens.|
|2.||In the Customization section, click the Custom Field Labels link. The Custom Fields Labels page opens.|
|3.||Enter the label for the custom fields you want to define in the Project Profile Custom Fields Labels and Vendor Profile Custom Field Labels sections.|
|4.||Click the Save Changes button. The custom fields display on all Project and Vendor Profiles in the application.|
