Managing the Inspections Calendar

The Inspection Calendar tracks scheduled and completed inspections; the inspector assigned, and provides notifications about upcoming inspections. The Inspection Calendar can be displayed for a day, week, or month. You can view inspections, edit a scheduled inspection, or view the results of completed inspections.

The inspections, users, and projects that display on the calendar are defined by the user access rights.

For managers the Inspection Calendar shows their immediate subordinate employees.
For users who have access to all inspections, the Inspection Calendar shows all users with "Inspector" permission.

The calendar displays the following inspections data:

Date and time
Inspection type
Project abbreviation

Inspections are sorted in chronological order. Dates on which an inspection is scheduled display in color.
