Setting Up Issue Categories for an Inspection Template
Issue categories can be associated with an inspection template to define what type of issues can be created by the user as they conduct the inspection.
To set up issue categories and their initial status:
|1.||Open the inspection template for which you want to specify issue categories and select the Statuses tab.|
|2.||In the Projects section, select the project with categories you want to use. As you select a project the Categories displayed are updated.|
|3.||Click the checkbox for each issue category you want to use. |
|4.||From the drop-down list, select the status value to be initially assigned to a new issue.|
|5.||Click the Save Changes button.|
