Setting Up Labels for Area and Item Custom Fields

A Project Manager can define labels for up to five custom fields and for areas and items that display for each area and item. The custom fields set up for the project display in addition to custom fields defined for all projects.

To define area and item custom fields:

1.From the Project Details page, click the Area/Item Custom Fields tab. The Custom Field Labels for Area and Item in selected project page opens.
2.Enter a name for the custom fields you want to define in the Area Profile Custom Field Labels and Item Custom Field Labels.
3.Click the Save Changes button. The custom fields are saved.
