Setting up User Permissions for Steps

To define user permissions for a commissioning step:

1.Under Project Management Setup, select the project for which you want to define the commissioning process.
2.Select the Cx Steps tab and click the Setup button next to the Commissioning step that you want to setup.
3.Select the User Permission tab to display the list of Roles and Users who have access to this project.   From this list you will be able to specific which users can make changes to the Cx Form and save the step, which users can complete the step, and which users will be notified when this step is completed.
4.To allow all users on the project to save a step or complete a step, check the checkbox next to Everyone at the top of the list.
5.To allow only specific users on the project to save a step or complete a step, uncheck the checkbox next to Everyone at the top of the list and then check the checkbox next to the specific role or users to whom you want to grant permission.
6.To identify which users will receive a notification when this step is completed, check the checkbox next to the specific role or users to whom you want to setup to receive the notification.
