Synchronizing Document Versions

Either the latest version or all versions of a document can be selected for synchronization.

To synchronize a document version in the Files with field devices:

From the Files, right-click the file or folder and select Synchronize Latest Revision or Synchronize All Revisions.

Note: When this file is updated and new version is created, it will be synchronized, but previous versions will still be on available on the field device. Versions that were not selected for synchronization will not be available.
