Synchronizing documents from the Server, makes the documents available on field devices. In order for documents to be available on field devices they must be mark for synchronization. A single document or entire folder and all sub-folders can be marked to be synchronized with field devices.
When a document is uploaded to the Files the first time, it is not synchronized with the field devices. Documents uploaded to the Files are not, by default, marked to be synchronized with a field device. Documents in the Files can also be marked to not synchronize.
To synchronize documents in the Files with field devices:
From the File Manger, right-click the document or folder you want to load onto a field device and select Synchronization > Push to Tablets. The Status icon updates to indicate that the document will be synchronized.
