The Files organizes documents in a hierarchy that allows users to browse and search documents. Users can create, delete, copy, or move documents, folders and sub-folders in the Files.
To view documents:
|1.||From the Main Menu, select the project for which you want to manage documents and click Documents. The Files opens.|
|2.||Click the Expand icon to view the folders, sub-folders, and documents in the Document Tree.|
|3.||To sort the folders and documents in ascending or descending alphabetic order by name, click Name at the top of the Name column in the Document List. |
Note: The Sort icon indicates if the folders and documents are sorted in ascending or descending order.
|4.||Click the Open button in the row for the document you want to view or click the Open in Viewer button to open the document in the Document Viewer. The document opens.|
