Visual Reports display information on an image, such as a floor plan. Visual Reports must be set up or configured to be generated. Using a markup tool, the image can be visually presented as separate zones to present information such as issues statuses, inspections statuses, or commissioning status.
To set up Visual Reports:
|1.||From the Main Menu, click Reports Icon. The dashboard will generate. From the sub-menu, click Visual Reports. The Visual Reports page opens to allow you to set up reports.|
|2.||From the Module drop-down list, select the module for which you want to set up a Visual Report.|
Note: For the Production Tracking module, an Area-based Report and an Item status report can be configured. The Item status report highlights items with a color, corresponding to a latest Production Task completed for the item.
|3.||Click the Add Configuration button. The Files opens to allow you to select an image on which the report is based.|
|4.||Use the Expand icon to display the image file you want to use for the report and click the Visualize Areas or Visualize Items (Production and Commissioning Modules only) button in the row for the file. The Color Coded Report Set Up page opens in a new tab on your browser with the image and a set of drawing tools available.|
|5.||Use the drawing tools to create zones on the image by overlaying shapes on relative parts of the image. When each zone is complete, the Select an area / object for new shape dialog box opens to allow you to associate a zone (drawn shape) with an area.|
|6.||From the Area Tree or the Items Tree for Production and Commissioning Modules visual reports, click the area or item to associate with the zone drawn on the image and click the Select button. The shape drawn displays in a color coded to identify the status.|
|7.||Enter a name for the visual report in the data field next to the Save Configuration button.|
|8.||Click the Save Configuration button to save the zones drawn on the image.|
|9.||Click the Exit icon to close the visual report Configuration page. The visual report displays on the Visual Reports page and can be generated.|
